This website describes NH Media’s web design and development services. The information on it is general and may change. It is not an offer or a contract.
Demo concepts
The demo sites linked from this website are fictional concepts created by NH Media to show our work. The businesses, people, phone numbers, addresses and other details in them are invented. They are not clients and do not represent real companies.
Projects and payment
Client work is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price, timeline and payment terms for that project. If anything in that agreement differs from this page, the agreement applies. In general, our process is:
- A free concept preview, with no obligation.
- A 50% deposit to begin work once you approve the scope and price.
- The remaining 50% when you approve the finished work, before final handover.
- 14 days of fixes for issues with the delivered work after launch. New features or changes in scope are quoted separately.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the finished website or store we built for you, and we transfer it to accounts you control. Third-party items such as themes, plugins, apps, fonts or stock assets remain subject to their own licenses, and any subscriptions for them are in your name. We may show completed work in our portfolio only with your permission.
Use of this site
Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty and limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, NH Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
