Process

How a project works

Simple, written terms at each step. You see the work before you pay for it, and you own it when it is done.

  1. Free concept preview

    We design a concept of your homepage or store so you can see the direction first, at no cost.

  2. Approve & 50% deposit

    If you like it, we agree scope and price in writing and you pay a 50% deposit to start.

  3. Build

    We build the full site, share a private preview link and work through your feedback.

  4. Final approval & balance

    You review the finished site. Once you approve it, the remaining 50% is due.

  5. Handover

    We launch on your domain and transfer the site or store to your own accounts.
